2. ISO 9001: 2008 (Quality Management System)
ISO 9001: 2008 is important for the company to prepare, build up and implement the quality management system, documentation writing, controlling and to set the key performance indicator “KPI” in order to measure and continuously improve the quality control system through Internal Quality Auditor.
Course 1: Awareness & Standard Interpretation
This program provides an overview of the ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System. It introduces the basic principles of Quality Management and the way in which quality of the organization’s product and/or service performance can be controlled and continuously improved using the framework of the ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems Model.

3. Quality Cost Control:
Quality Cost or Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ) are the costs that would disappear if every task was always performed without deficiency (COPQ are normally 25 to 40 percent of all costs). Identification, measurement and elimination of COPQ will increase higher revenue and reduce lower deficiencies of the Company.
4. Total Quality Management (TQM)
TQM strongly focuses on process measurement through setting policy, objectives or long-term plan to daily implementation in order to bring in the high effectiveness to the organization and to meet customer satisfaction.
5. Failure Mode & Effect Analysis (FMEA):
FMEA is a widely used technique in preventing as many potential problems as possible in the process or products in any industry before they occur, and is a procedure of reliability assessment. FMEA can help deliver promptly and complete information by designing products in time to prevent failures.
6. Occupational Health and Safety (OHSAS 18001):
OHSAS 18001 is an international standard to develop succession of the quality and environment management system standard for protecting the employees’ health & safety, and for preventing the risk of accidents and occupational sickness, and to develop internal audit and the risk assessment.
7. ISO 14001: 2005 (Environmental Management System)
ISO 14001: 2005 refers to the environmental management system. Its strategy (Reduce, Reuse and Recycle) is to transitioning wastes/trash to cash through innovation and technology. EMS is necessary knowledge and skills to conduct internal audits as well.
